Brenda is a freelance photographer, public relations consultant, and writer with extensive professional experience in the non-profit sector. She’s engaged in community and media relations, events and communications planning, philanthropy and cause-related marketing, and social media content management.  Brenda serves as the Director of Development for the Women’s Refuge of Vero Beach, a local Christian ministry serving the emotionally and spiritually wounded. She's the founder and publisher of Connecting NowFaith, the only Christian magazine in the Treasure Coast.

 

She’s experienced in writing quality articles, short stories, press releases, award-winning grant narratives, newsletters, and thank you letters. Skilled in fund development, public relations, and marketing campaigns. Brenda is a former contributing writer & photographer of Vero Beach Newsweekly and Luminaries Magazine, specialty publications of TC Palm - USA Today Network and former Vero's Voice Magazine monthly columnist.
